Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping accounts or finance operations
- Impeccable integrity and discretion with access to sensitive financial data
- Strong references are essential and background checks will be conducted
- Proven experience with cloud accounting software Xero strongly preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable collections including calling customers about overdue invoices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a remote setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Based in Northern Ireland with availability for occasional in-person meetings
- Willing to work a later finish twice a week for North American customers

Day to day
- Own day-to-day finance operations including billing collections payables and bookkeeping for a fast-growing SaaS business.
- Manage subscription invoicing in Maxio and keep billing accurate timely and consistent across systems.
- Proactively collect overdue balances by contacting customers directly by phone and email while protecting relationships and escalating issues when needed.
- Support month-end close audits VAT and tax filings expense management and other finance projects with careful attention to detail.
