Position Summary:The Finance Project Manager will be responsible for helping organize and execute major initiatives for the finance department which typically include cross-functional teams within finance and external departments. 
HUB International is a leading agency within the insurance brokerage industry and continues to grow organically and from mergers and acquisitions, which results in a need to develop process improvements, system upgrades and align policies and procedures all of which need to be effectively managed, communicated and executed to achieve the desired outcomes.
This role will report to our Director of Finance - PMO. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:Develop project plans, timelines and outcome measures for initiatives working closely with initiative sponsor(s), working groups, regional and shared services Finance & Accounting departmentsAim to become an ambassador of the project(s) by understanding and becoming knowledgeable of the detailed workflowsDrive engagement and momentum of projects including identification and escalation of risks to completion Measurement of project trajectory and ultimately the outcomes related to the initiativeOwn related communications including to working group(s), project sponsor(s) and leadership level stakeholders (including C-level) Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with all areas of finance & accounting and key stakeholders in Technology, Operations, Data Management, Legal and other areas
Qualifications:Experience with diverse / cross functional teams including Finance & Accounting and Operations Exposure and background with finance / accounting; ideally project management experience related to financial operations and improvement of controls Exposure to executive level stakeholders including prior project sponsor relationships Demonstrated ability to develop detailed plans, scoping / requirements documents and timelines and drive to execution targets 4-year degree required; MBA, PMP designation, Lean Six Sigma training or other project management specific experience a plus 5+ years of experience within a corporate environment; ideally in a project management and/or finance role with an execution focus

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $95K to $105K and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
