Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative within the finance industry
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of finance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into customers
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a professional manner
  • Experience utilizing CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
  • Valid professional indemnity insurance policy
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Knowledge or experience in the finance industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Worked developing sales and leads for B2B businesses in the Financial Services/ Accounting Sector
  • Access to large databases to use for Lead Generation
  • Comfortable with Cold Calling, Linked-In Outreach, Cold Email Marketing
  • Comfortable with setting up Lead Nurturing workflows
  • Proven track record of transforming a sales pipeline and lead generation in a B2B Financial Service Business
  • Proven track record of generating large volumes of revenue for a B2B Financial Service Business
  • Proven track record of generating large volumes of revenue for a B2B Staffing/ Recruitment business



What the job involves

  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and generate leads in the finance industry
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events to schedule appointments and generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their financial needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our client's finance services
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers by maintaining regular follow-up and providing relevant financial information
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress within the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and competitors to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients
