Who you are

• 6+ years work experience in Finance and Accounting Operations, Project Management and Technology
• 2+ years delivering large finance systems projects
• Expertise in Revenue Accounting, specifically Order-To-Cash (OTC)
• Experience with Salesforce, billing and accounting systems
• Ability to build senior level relationships and act as a trusted advisor for Sales, Product, Engineering and Finance leadership
• Expertise with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
• PMP/CPA/CA or similar professional accreditation is a plus
• Big 4 or consulting experience is a plus

What the job involves

• Support cross functional initiatives impacting systems and processes in Revenue Accounting and specifically Order-To-Cash (OTC) process
• Plan, lead and execute high visibility, cross-functional initiatives
• Establish strong relationships within Finance, IT, Engineering and key business partners
• Communicate project details to relevant stakeholders comprehensively and in a timely manner
• Plan, drive and participate in User Acceptance Testing and strategize UAT
• Conduct pre and post launch activities including roadmap planning, monitoring system health, leading training, and documentation refreshes
