- Experienced finance professional with an accounting background
- Able to give 2-3 hours per month
- Willing to attend quarterly meetings with the Admin & Finance Manager
- Able to chair Finance sub-committee meetings
- Based in Leeds preferred but remote candidates considered in the UK

Day to day
- Provide financial oversight and guidance to the Board and CEO.
- Support the senior management team with sound financial governance and compliance.
- Review financial reporting and ensure funds are invested and used sensibly.
