Day to day
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and deliver financial reporting within agreed timescales to both local and global finance stakeholders
- Assure that costs are recognized in line with accepted accounting policies and principles
- Collaborate with SMEs in the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting and disclosures for EMEA
- Manage the application of SOX processes, implementing improvements where necessary
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Insight Accounting Policies and SOX Requirements
- Plan and implement new policies and guidelines, and improve existing processes through enhanced documentation and global alignment
- Support the implementation of global systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information
- Provide teaching, training, and coaching to teammates to create an environment of continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Work closely with the EMEA local finance team, US Corporate Finance Team, Auditors, and other supporting functions across EMEA
