What the job involves

• Manage and maintain the general ledger and deliver financial reporting within agreed timescales to both local and global finance stakeholders
• Assure that costs are recognized in line with accepted accounting policies and principles
• Collaborate with SMEs in the preparation of financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting and disclosures for EMEA
• Manage the application of SOX processes, implementing improvements where necessary
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Insight Accounting Policies and SOX Requirements
• Plan and implement new policies and guidelines, and improve existing processes through enhanced documentation and global alignment
• Support the implementation of global systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information
• Provide teaching, training, and coaching to teammates to create an environment of continuous improvement and process efficiency
• Work closely with the EMEA local finance team, US Corporate Finance Team, Auditors, and other supporting functions across EMEA
