Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, Analytics, or Education
- Understanding of business process and systems
- Experience with financial aid systems (e.g., Banner, ProSAM, PowerFaids)
- Experience in solution development, user acceptance testing, and working in multiple IT environments
- Technical skills in SQL queries and Unix/Linux commands
- Analytical report writing using Excel and Power BI
- Proficient in business needs analysis, solution design, and articulating business impacts
- Detailed and process-oriented with experience in business process design and requirements analysis
- Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) methodology (plus)

- Business Process Management methodology experience
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
