  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, and core accounting principles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal skills, and professional English fluency.
  • Flexibility and accountability with a passion for finance and strategic development.
  • Ability to travel for company events twice a year, for up to two weeks.

Desirables

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Experience with BI reporting, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Experience in Budgeting and Planning Software



What the job involves

  • Generate insights into business operations by analyzing key performance indicators and variance drivers.
  • Support quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews.
  • Provide analysis of commercial initiatives that impact the company strategically or financially.
  • Create processes for the company to scale efficiently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to communicate business progress against financial and strategic targets.
