Requirements
- BS required. Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- 2+ years of financial analysis and forecasting experience.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentational skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Sharp attention to detail a must and ability to identify and communicate actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently.

Day to day
- Provide financial analysis to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure that expenses are recorded accurately.
- Partner with the broader FP&A and Technology organizations to ensure forecasts are completed accurately and timely each month and provide variance analysis.
- Communicate financial information and trends to senior leadership to ensure that business decisions can be made based on sound financial data.
- Drive continual process improvements.
- Ad-hoc analysis as required.
