Who you are

• BS required. Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of financial analysis and forecasting experience.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, and presentational skills and ability to interact at all levels.
• Sharp attention to detail a must and ability to identify and communicate actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently.

What the job involves

• Provide financial analysis to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure that expenses are recorded accurately.
• Partner with the broader FP&A and Technology organizations to ensure forecasts are completed accurately and timely each month and provide variance analysis.
• Communicate financial information and trends to senior leadership to ensure that business decisions can be made based on sound financial data.
• Drive continual process improvements.
• Ad-hoc analysis as required.
