• Lead and conduct dynamic financial assessments to evaluate the stability and viability of companies tendering for government contracts
• Ensure thorough application of business processes, delivering high-quality evaluations to our central government clients
• Manage and mentor a small team of junior assessors, ensuring they meet quality and timeline targets
• Engage constructively with senior clients, fostering long-lasting and effective relationships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness
