What You'll Do

The Financial Analyst will be an important member of the Finance team. You will directly partner with sales leaders and create sales efficiency models, analyzing financial performance, investigating trends, improving forecasting and managing headcount to support an International Sales organization. You have financial modeling skills and succeed in an environment with many moving parts. You will report into the Director of FP&A and is remotely based in the United States. You must be located in the USA and be legally eligible in the United States to begin employment immediately if offered a role. 

Primary Responsibilities

Create complex financial models that may cover areas including bookings, revenue, expense, and headcount over both near-term and long-range periods.Improve the existing annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Sales Operations to communicate results, monitor important metrics and highlight trends.Be able to understand how different components of a Sales Compensation plan can help deliver the right mix of bookings for us and compensation to the sales team.Partner with senior finance leaders, including the CFO, with ad-hoc modeling and business analysis projects.


What You'll Need to be Successful

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience in financial analysis.Advanced Excel skills, including experience building detailed financial modelsPrioritize assignments.Experience partnering across departments to improve processes and improve resultsKnowledge of and experience with GAAP accounting principlesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessExperience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, Tableau and PowerBI.Public company finance experience
