Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of related and progressively responsible experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/life sciences industry trends, product pricing, contracts, and supplier relationships
  • Outstanding knowledge of product and supplier base, product relationships, GPOs, 340B and pharmaceutical / life sciences industry trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of ABC policies, programs, and services, and knowledge of retail, health systems, alternate care, and group purchasing organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of sales, purchasing, supply chain, and inventory management principles
  • Exceptional relationship and contract management skills, with strict adherence to departmental processes

Nice to have

  • Post-graduate degree preferred

Day to day

  • The Financial Analyst- (Chargeback) is responsible for reconciling open chargeback lines and reporting outcomes to management under the guidance of the Supervisor and Manager of Chargebacks
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of variance lines returned by suppliers, identifying the root cause and coordinating with internal departments and suppliers to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain frequent communication with suppliers to address payment issues effectively
