What the job involves
Assist with contract set-up and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, New Business Acquisition Expenditures (NBAE) management, and critical staffing.
Perform financial analysis, establish performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment, and development of mitigation plans.
Integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes, and functions to consolidate data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
Ensure costs are allocated according to established procedures.
Develop and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders for sound financial and operating decisions.
Provide subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations, as required.
