- 2-4 years experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Drivetrain and Netsuite ERP preferred
- Strong familiarity with P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical capabilities

Day to day
- Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts preparation
- Execute planning and forecasting across various departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting and future planning
- Enhance financial models and drive forecasting process efficiency
- Partner with Accounting during close process for variance analysis
- Prepare internal and Board-facing performance reports
- Undertake ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making
