Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Netsuite and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, etc.) is a plus
- Experience within the healthcare technology industry or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Commitment to providing high-quality internal service and achieving high levels of satisfaction
