Requirements

  • 2+ years of FP&A experience in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of solid finance business partnership
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to convey complex information clearly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Day to day

  • Partner with the R&D leadership team to drive results and meet business targets
  • Lead FP&A activities for the R&D team, including monthly close, annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and resource tracking
  • Analyze business results and apply learnings to forecasts
  • Support analysis for the subscription business and drive cost efficiencies
  • Prepare business case analysis and financial models for decision support
  • Support daily Finance tasks and drive financial process improvements
