Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a financial management role
• Preferably experience within the payments industry or a related sector
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of best practices in financial management
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Track record of developing high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel)
