Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting or controller experience ideally in DTC CPG or eCommerce
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and inventory accounting
- Experience with companies generating $50M+ annual revenue
- Proven ability to own the full accounting cycle independently
- Strong proficiency in Excel Google Sheets QuickBooks and Ramp or similar tools
- Ability to build P&L balance sheet and cash flow statements from scratch
- Previous experience with US-based companies and EST working hours
- Comfort operating in a hands-on founder-led environment

Day to day
- Own the full accounting cycle including month-end close reconciliations and financial reporting
- Build and maintain monthly P&L balance sheet and cash flow statements while progressing toward more frequent reporting
- Perform SKU offer and channel margin analysis manage cash forecasting and oversee inventory COGS AP and sales tax compliance
- Partner directly with founders manage the virtual assistant and help shape the finance function for a fast-growing DTC brand
