Requirements
- ACA qualified or equivalent
- Audit background required
- Prior experience in Financial Controller Group Accountant or senior finance role
- Experience in fintech financial services or listed company environment
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting controls and process design
- Experience managing external audit relationships
- Track record of managing and developing a team
- Hands-on proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills

Day to day
- Lead accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting for UK and US group entities
- Own and strengthen internal controls and scalable finance processes in a fast-growing listed fintech
- Manage year-end audit and partner with external auditors while supporting tax and FP&A activities
- Provide financial insight to senior stakeholders and identify automation opportunities as the business scales
- Manage and develop a small finance team in a dynamic high-growth environment
