Requirements
- ACA qualified or equivalent
- Audit background required
- Experience in Financial Controller Group Accountant or senior finance role
- Background in fintech financial services or listed company
- Strong financial reporting controls and process design experience
- Experience managing external audit relationships
- Track record of managing and developing a team
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

Day to day
- Lead monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting for UK and US entities, including group consolidation.
- Own and strengthen internal controls and scalable finance processes in a fast-growing listed fintech.
- Manage the year-end audit and act as the main contact for external auditors.
- Oversee statutory filings, support FP&A, and partner with senior stakeholders on financial insight.
