Who you are

• Fully qualified accountant preferably ACA but ACCA or CIMA acceptable
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance with 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience in high growth start-up or B2C subscription / SAAS organizations preferred
• Accountable delivers high-quality results independently
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proactive and effective in process improvements and organization
• Experienced with Excel and finance related software.

What the job involves

• Manage outsourced accounting processes including AR AP and payroll
• Build scalable processes for high volume transactions
• Own process improvements for spending and customer invoice automation
• Support cross-functional process improvements
• Own month-end and key processes like revenue recognition and deferred revenue
• Support the build out of monthly internal reporting packs
• Lead annual filings and manage statutory accounts corporate tax and R&D claims.
