What the job involves

• Leading a large team of Financial Crime risk experts responsible for the effective operation of a suite of Fincrime controls
• You'll be at the forefront of innovation employing the latest technologies to craft detective and preventive tools that respond quickly to threats
• You'll spend your time setting and executing Financial Crime systems and controls strategy working in close partnership with multidisciplinary teams across Monzo
• You’ll be partnering with third party service providers to deliver cutting edge Financial Crime controls to support Monzo’s safe growth and protect our customers
