Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance Accounting Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
- Excellent understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes particularly those related to patient engagement
- A passion for patient engagement and its role in optimizing healthcare revenue
- Experience in sourcing organizing and updating reporting data from the appropriate in-house database
- Experience with a large-scale BI tool is required; experience with Sisense BI tool is a plus
- Ability to quickly switch priorities and work in a multi-project fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to collaborate with team members at all organizational levels
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- SQL or Python experience is required
- GitHub experience is a plus
Day to day
- Analyze financial data related to patient engagement initiatives including patient payment trends collection rates and revenue cycle metrics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes associated with patient engagement efforts
- Based on data analysis provide insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders identifying opportunities for improvement and areas of concern
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align patient engagement strategies with organizational goals and priorities
- Create financial models and forecasts to assess the potential impact of proposed patient engagement initiatives
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of various patient engagement strategies
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences
