Remote Financial Data Analyst Job in United States Sift Healthcare

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance Accounting Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial analysis preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
• Excellent understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes particularly those related to patient engagement
• A passion for patient engagement and its role in optimizing healthcare revenue
• Experience in sourcing organizing and updating reporting data from the appropriate in-house database
• Experience with a large-scale BI tool is required; experience with Sisense BI tool is a plus
• Ability to quickly switch priorities and work in a multi-project fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to collaborate with team members at all organizational levels
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• SQL or Python experience is required
• GitHub experience is a plus

What the job involves

• Analyze financial data related to patient engagement initiatives including patient payment trends collection rates and revenue cycle metrics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial outcomes associated with patient engagement efforts
• Based on data analysis provide insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders identifying opportunities for improvement and areas of concern
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align patient engagement strategies with organizational goals and priorities
• Create financial models and forecasts to assess the potential impact of proposed patient engagement initiatives
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of various patient engagement strategies
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences
