- Experience translating complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders

- Advanced knowledge of claims payment processing
- Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles
- Experience with CMS federal auditing and financial reporting

- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or IT

Day to day
- Serve as the bridge between Finance IT and business teams to align financial system enhancements with operational needs
- Modernize healthcare financial systems that support Medicaid programs with accuracy and compliance
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear guidance for non-financial stakeholders while supporting system implementation
