• Experience in senior management role managing projects, clients, and senior stakeholders

• Advanced Excel skills, preferably with VBA and data visualisation experience
• Scoping, designing, and building financial models
• Application of best-practice modelling
• Strong communication skills to describe complex technical issues clearly
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships across teams
• Performance management and developing & retaining talent
• Coaching and mentoring for individual development
• Cross-functional communication and information sharing
• Understanding financial and accounting concepts or project finance
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritising workload

Desirables

• Recognised finance or accounting qualification
• Completion of a financial modelling course
• Consulting experience
• Data visualisation experience in Power BI QlikView or Tableau
