Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, including valuation techniques and investment metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Skills in preparing management presentations.
• Experience with financial planning software and property management systems (e.g., SBO, Netsuite, Zero, Charisma) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
