Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience with commercial credit analysis and management, ideally in the energy sector
- In-depth experience with financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Understanding of interactions between systems and business processes
- Experience in developing financial systems for an energy-related market participant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of financial, credit, and/or data analysis and modeling experience
- Experience with California electricity or related energy markets

Day to day
- Manage agency budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
- Supervise a Financial Analyst and collaborate with senior management
- Support credit risk management and provide insights into financial risk and performance
