Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or similar. Master's or certification like MBA CPA preferred.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in financial planning analysis and financial management preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sector.
- Have strong knowledge in healthcare reimbursement methods and nonprofit accounting principles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial software like QuickBooks NetSuite is beneficial.

Day to day
- Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
