  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce, Power Query, Power Pivot, BI dashboards

What the job involves

  • Support organizational transformation by developing and establishing new processes, standardizing reporting, and collaborating with the business team to drive results
  • Assist in delivering structured budget and forecasting processes, based on top down and bottom-up methodologies
  • Assist with drafting presentations, ownership of monthly business reviews, and actuals to forecast variance analysis for senior management
  • Assist in the implementation and delivery of KPIs and metrics-driven dashboards, supporting finance leadership and executive teams with actionable insights
  • Support the management of FP&A financial forecasting models and create ad hoc presentations for senior management
  • Develop and improve reporting and support sales initiatives, providing insights
  • Assist in mergers and acquisitions, and Pro-Forma reporting
