Day to day
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O modules including configuration customization and administration
- Administration and maintenance of our financial system including system configuration customization and security settings
- Monitor system performance identify issues and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and performance
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing appropriate access controls user permissions and data management processes
- Customize and configure financial modules according to business requirements including chart of accounts financial reports workflows and dashboards
- Develop and maintain customizations as needed
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the financial systems
- Manage data migration processes between systems including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) to ensure seamless transfer of financial data
- Provide training and support to finance end-users on system functionality best practices and troubleshooting techniques
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries issue resolution and technical support related to financial systems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations customizations integrations and processes
