Remote Financial Systems Administrator Job in United States Seismic

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience with financial systems including NetSuite, ZIP, Workday Adaptive Planning, SQL, Workato, Avalara Avatax, and Navan
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, and ZIP
• Basic understanding of automation tools like Workato
• Knowledge of Avalara Avatax and Navan for travel and expense management
• NetSuite Administration Certification
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Experience managing tasks and projects with attention to detail

What the job involves

• Support the day-to-day administration and management of financial systems like NetSuite, ZIP, Workday Adaptive Planning, Avalara Avatax, and Navan
• Assist in designing and implementing system integrations and automations using Workato
• Provide support for financial systems, troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring system stability
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to implement solutions that drive better outcomes
• Create and maintain documentation for financial systems and assist in training end-users
