Who you are

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of Workday Adaptive administrative experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Oracle PeopleSoft administrative experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to follow daily and weekly tasks and be detail oriented.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel.

What the job involves

• Responsible for support, configuration, and maintenance for finance and accounting applications.
• Support Finance and Accounting teams with updates, maintenance of calculations, versions, and metadata in Workday Adaptive.
• Maintain chartfields, queries, and nVision reports in Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Ensure completion of daily and weekly financial system tasks accurately.
• Provide business analyst support for testing and migration of changes to existing financial systems functions.
• Support Accounts Payable team using Chrome River imaging application.
• Provide Business Analyst skills to various Information Systems projects assigned to Financial Systems team.
