Who you are
2+ years of experience with database management and customer service/support
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business experience desired
Experience with Oracle financial modules (GL FA PO AP iExpense and Project Costing) is a plus
Experience with Oracle administration is required
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow as an IT service management platform including incident management problem management change management and service request management is required
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions within both Oracle Fusion and ServiceNow environments.
Oracle EPM experience is a plus
ITGC/access controls experience is a plus
Strong teamwork and facilitation skills to communicate and collaborate with other Company departments to plan and execute enhancements and upgrades for ongoing projects
Demonstrated success in gathering data conducting analyses and generating high-quality results
Experience with process documentation quality control and workflow management and design preferred
Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate with internal departments field teams and external vendors
Proactive with diligent follow through
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
Proven experience in supporting and administering Oracle Fusion applications with knowledge of modules such as Financials
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

What the job involves
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications including modules such as GL FA AP PO iExpense and Project Costing and EPM applications including FCCS and Planning
Support users via helpdesk tickets meeting response and resolution SLA’s
Troubleshoot and identify root cause of recurring issues and provide improvements and permanent solutions
Provide user provisioning for all financial systems ensuring access requests are approved and reviewed periodically and onboarding policies are adhered to
Update training materials and standard operating procedures as they relate to financial systems support processes
Support system integration rejections and errors
Provide periodic user access reviews and create evidence to support audit activities related to ITGC controls
Perform analysis and trends on issues and suggestion of long-term solutions
Support Project work via application support on site acquisitions implementation of new systems and system enhancements
Assist with installation of system add-ins required to access financial system applications
Utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing system to receive prioritize and resolve support tickets/incidents related to Oracle Fusion, EPM applications, and other applications including Vetcove Costar Blackline various other systems
Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize business impact and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements and user needs
Manage system configurations including user setups roles security profiles and workflows within Oracle Fusion
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements related to Oracle Fusion applications and ServiceNow
Implement and maintain application security measures including access controls and data protection
