Remote Fire & Security Engineer Job in Leeds, UK G4S

Who you are

• Experience installing and servicing access control systems CCTV and intruder alarms
• Experience with fire alarm systems ideally GENT based
• IT or Electrical/Electronic qualification
• Broad IT knowledge including Windows OS and networking
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
• Flexible with working hours including on-call rotations

What the job involves

• Attend to maintenance calls onsite or by telephone
• Rectify faults during first visits when possible
• Conduct preventive maintenance and record site configurations
• Maintain accurate and timely records
• Provide rotational out-of-hours cover
• Commission small projects as necessary
• Ensure quality procedure audits
• Train customers and colleagues on systems
• Handle additional tasks as required
