Who you are
- Install and service access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems
- Experience with fire alarm systems, particularly GENT based
- Possess IT/Electrical/Electronic qualifications
- Knowledge of IT concepts and basic electrical principles
- Attention to detail in completing paperwork and following procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Flexible with irregular hours and on-call schedule
What the job involves
- Provide maintenance for access control, CCTV, intruder alarm systems
- Perform preventative maintenance visits
- Record site configuration information accurately
- Offer training to customers and colleagues
- Commission small projects when needed
- Conduct quality audits of procedures
- Work on a rotational on-call basis
- Handle additional tasks as required
