Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years experience as a multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer
- Supervisory experience in an engineering role
- Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
- Experience in front-line customer service
- Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory
What the job involves
- Provide daily support and guidance to the engineering team
- Plan and monitor maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Scheduler
- Respond urgently to customer needs and complaints
- Complete toolbox talks and ensure compliance records are maintained
- Participate in site surveys and installation handovers
- Organize and communicate an effective call out rota
- Assist in managing the engineering team and deputize for the Regional Service Manager
- Support engineers in stock control and further action management
- Assist with quotations and initial planning of ppm on complex sites
