Remote Fire & Security System Engineer Job in London, UK G4S

Who you are

• Previous electro mechanical experience
• 5+ years installing/servicing access control, CCTV, intruder alarms
• Experience servicing GENT fire alarm systems
• IT qualification or Electrical/Electronic qualification
• Technical IT knowledge (Windows OS, networking)
• Knowledge of basic electrical principles
• Attention to detail for paperwork and procedures
• Team player under pressure professional approach

What the job involves

• Attend to maintenance calls on site or by phone
• Rectify faults on first visit if possible
• Perform preventative maintenance visits
• Record site configuration information
• Maintain car stock levels and records thoroughly
• Provide out-of-hours cover on rotation
• Commission small projects
• Ensure quality procedure audits
• Train customers and colleagues when required
