Who you are
- Previous experience in installing and servicing access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, and fire alarm systems
- IT or Electrical/Electronic qualification
- Technical knowledge of IT and basic electrical principles
- Willingness to work irregular hours and be on a 24/7 call rota
What the job involves
- Attend to maintenance calls promptly and rectify faults efficiently
- Conduct preventative maintenance visits and record site configuration information
- Provide training to customers and colleagues as needed
- Commission small projects and ensure quality audits are conducted
