- 4+ years in enterprise or mid-market software sales ideally in martech adtech CDP marketing analytics or AI-native companies
- Experience selling to marketing buyers such as CMOs VPs of Marketing heads of growth marketing ops or data analytics leaders
- Track record of consistent quota attainment including at least one early-stage company experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for discovery follow-up and executive presentations

Day to day
- Own full-cycle sales for Kana's agentic marketing platform from prospecting through close
- Partner with the founders on early enterprise deals and turn early wins into a repeatable sales playbook
- Build pipeline through outbound your network and partnerships while helping shape ICP messaging and sales process
- Sell consultatively to senior marketing and analytics buyers at mid-market and enterprise brands
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Marketing to inform product direction and positioning
