Requirements
- PE license in at least one US state preferred but not required
- Strong power distribution fundamentals including NEC 2023 load calculations short circuit protection coordination and arc flash
- Hands-on experience with ETAP PSCAD SKM PSS/E EasyPower or similar power systems tools
- Working proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical Revit Electrical or similar drafting tools
- Ability to do the engineering and think about how to automate it

Day to day
- Deliver complete electrical packages on live projects including load calculations single-line diagrams panel schedules cable schedules conduit sizing equipment sizing and IFC drawing sets
- Build and refine parametric design engines that generate electrical deliverables from a single parameter template
- Own short circuit analysis protection coordination and arc flash studies using ETAP and define the automation strategy for these workflows
- Produce utility submittals interconnection studies and NEC-compliant specification packages and template them for reuse
- Own cross-discipline coordination for electrical loads feeding mechanical equipment sizing structural loading and fire protection requirements
