Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
1+ years' experience in Finance/Accounting preferably in a government contracting environment
Must be willing to learn financial systems and tools including Costpoint IBM Cognos Analytics and Oracle Hyperion SmartView/EPBCS
General knowledge of government contract types to include Firm Fixed Price Time and Materials and Cost Reimbursable preferred
Must be organized detail oriented motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Experience with Microsoft Office suite proficiency in Excel is a must
Ability to interact and communicate both oral and written with individuals across the organization
Self-motivated and results-oriented dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to think critically to solve problems

Support Corp FP&A in responding to internal and external reporting needs by creating an array of custom-built files and reports
Work with the corporate financial systems team to ensure the firm’s reporting tools support the needs of the Corp FP&A team
Produce scheduled financial reports to include monthly forecast and variance analysis
Identify bookings backlog revenue cost and profit trends and patterns by developing insightful analytics for better decision making
Administer company’s financial planning tool Oracle by maintaining user accounts and validating credentials
Participate in process improvement initiatives to make effective changes in the area of financial systems project financial control and reporting and financial dashboarding
Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly and monthly forecasts
Ad hoc financial reporting
