Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, or Netsuite (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with high-growth companies is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • A work environment conducive to high-quality virtual interactions only if remote, including a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions and a strong internet connection

Day to day

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to manage monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Facilitate the company's revenue model, segmented by product, and update it for revised bookings and churn.
  • Partner with RevOps to develop short- and long-term revenue plans.
  • Work with management and senior leadership to build annual budgets.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary and analysis.
  • Analyze variance based on actual results compared to historical results, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Prepare MD&A, Board of Directors presentations, and other external and internal reporting.
  • Produce long-term financial models.
  • Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes.
