Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Planning, or Netsuite (preferred but not required)
Experience with high-growth companies is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity
Ability to take initiative and work independently
A work environment conducive to high-quality virtual interactions only if remote, including a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions and a strong internet connection

What the job involves
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to manage monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
Facilitate the company's revenue model, segmented by product, and update it for revised bookings and churn.
Partner with RevOps to develop short- and long-term revenue plans.
Work with management and senior leadership to build annual budgets.
Ensure reporting accuracy, monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary and analysis.
Analyze variance based on actual results compared to historical results, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare MD&A, Board of Directors presentations, and other external and internal reporting.
Produce long-term financial models.
Perform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling.
Identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes.
