Remote FP&A Manager Job in New Jersey, United States IPG Health

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant
• 5+ years in General Accounting or related field
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and data capture
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Advanced understanding of SAP systems
• Knowledge of Vantage/Fiori systems
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior employees

What the job involves

• Analyze financial results, prepare monthly analyses of key general ledger accounts, recommend journal entries.
• Organize meetings with Finance Directors to review financial results and identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, prepare budgets and forecasts through meetings with management, review revenue submissions, consolidate budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee and manage senior financial analyst(s) on the team.
