Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant
- 5+ years in General Accounting or related field
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, graphs, and data capture
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Advanced understanding of SAP systems
- Knowledge of Vantage/Fiori systems
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring junior employees

Day to day
- Analyze financial results, prepare monthly analyses of key general ledger accounts, recommend journal entries.
- Organize meetings with Finance Directors to review financial results and identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, prepare budgets and forecasts through meetings with management, review revenue submissions, consolidate budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee and manage senior financial analyst(s) on the team.
