Requirements
- J.D. and active bar license in good standing
- Demonstrated experience with M&A transactions including structuring due diligence negotiation and closing
- Experience working with or within a professional services firm
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

- Comfort operating independently in a fractional client-facing capacity

Day to day
- Provide strategic legal guidance to support growth mergers and acquisitions and complex professional services transactions.
- Lead due diligence deal structuring negotiation and closing for asset equity merger and roll-up transactions.
- Draft review and negotiate transaction documents while advising leadership on legal risk compliance governance and business-aligned strategy.
