  • Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the UK
  • Substantial post-qualification experience ideally 6+ years PQE
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology or SaaS contracts
  • Solid grounding in data protection and privacy
  • Judgment and confidence to act as sole in-house lawyer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pragmatic commercial mindset
  • Willingness to work across data security disputes employment compliance IP and corporate governance
  • Right to work in the UK

Day to day

  • Act as the business’s sole legal lead and own legal risk across day-to-day and strategic matters.
  • Negotiate and finalise customer SaaS agreements while supporting the commercial team with practical contract strategy.
  • Advise on commercial contracts data protection corporate governance compliance disputes and emerging product issues in a fast-moving LegalTech environment.
