Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Microelectronics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Physical Design or Back-End IC Design
- Proven experience with RTL-to-GDSII implementation
- Strong expertise with Cadence physical design tools
- Experience with Calibre or ICV for physical verification
- Knowledge of TCL and/or Perl scripting
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills

Day to day
- Drive the full digital back-end implementation flow from RTL to GDSII for advanced semiconductor projects.
- Perform floorplanning placement clock tree synthesis routing and timing closure to deliver robust high-quality chip designs.
- Execute physical verification optimize PPA and support DFT integration while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Contribute to design reviews improve implementation methodologies and solve technical challenges across the project lifecycle.
