Day to day

Engage with internal cross-functional partners and clients to translate business objectives into actionable digital cross-channel strategies.
Ensure recommendations have a clear methodology sized for impact, ease of execution, and confidence in results.
Track and record incremental revenue sourced from Ragnarok-owned initiatives.
Develop strong client relationships, instill confidence in agency work, serve as resource for project extensions and renewals.
Participate in sales pitches and scoping conversations, serving as a multi-channel growth expert.
