Solid track record of growth marketing successes
Hands-on platform experience with automation tools (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io)
Extensive knowledge in email, SMS, and push channels, as well as top-of-funnel experience
Hands-on approach that delivers strategic insights
Strong technical edge and knowledge of consumer behavior, cross-channel marketing, growth strategies and technology and digital trends

Day to day

Engage with internal partners and clients to ensure business objectives are translated into actionable and impactful digital cross-channel strategies
Provide strategic planning, ideation, and optimization for new cross-channel campaigns and marketing calendar planning
Track and develop a record of incremental revenue from Ragnarok-owned initiatives and participate in sales pitches and scoping conversations
