Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of paid social experience
- Advertising or media agency experience preferred
- Experience with paid social platforms including Meta Snapchat Pinterest TikTok and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of paid social performance metrics and optimization
- Ability to work with ad operations and analytics teams for tagging and reporting
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Biddable media experience across programmatic and e-commerce is a plus

- Develop and execute biddable media campaigns from briefing through setup, maintenance, optimization, and final reporting

- Analyze performance metrics and deliver insightful recommendations to improve account health exceed KPIs and drive client growth
