Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Uzbek
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong creative writing and transcreation skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications Marketing Linguistics or related field
- 5+ years of copywriting transcreation or localization experience
- Experience with international and local brands consumer tech digital content or global brand localization
- Knowledge of technical writing principles and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency
- Experience leading editorial or localization teams and managing workflows
- Great communication skills and ability to explain creative choices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Technically proficient with localization tools such as CAT tools and CMS platforms

Day to day
- Write and adapt marketing copy from US English into Uzbek for web in-store direct mail and other customer-facing materials
- Preserve brand voice cultural relevance and compelling style while making copy feel authentic natural and locally resonant
- Review validate and refine translated copy machine output and final in-context materials to ensure quality consistency and strategic accuracy
- Collaborate with writers project managers producers editors and post-editors and use localization tools to improve workflows and deliver high-quality localized content
